How much is shipping?

Standard ground shipping is FREE on all orders. If you're looking to receive your Helios sooner, we also have 2-day and overnight shipping options available. These prices are calculated at checkout dependent on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are usually fulfilled within 2-4 business days and shipped via FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, it will take the following time in transit based on your shipping option:

Standard Shipping (Fedex Ground) : 3-7 business days
2-Day Shipping (Fedex 2 Day) : 2 business days
Overnight Shipping (Fedex Overnight) : 1 business days

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that sometimes it can take a couple of days for tracking to update once your package has been accepted.

I still haven't received my order, where is it?

Sometimes things can take a little longer than expected. But don't worry, your order is most likely fine, it's just taking the long way to get to your door. If your package still has not arrived more than a week past its original scheduled delivery date, your best bet is to submit a Lost Package Claim with Fedex.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund and exchange policy?

If you aren't happy with your items, you can send them back within 15 days for a refund. If 15 days or more have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
